IKIcard sells physical QR cards allowing confidential message exchange between two people.

The essential characteristics of each product are described on the site. Photographs are given for indication only and are not contractual.

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included.
IKIcard being under the VAT exemption scheme, no VAT is applied.

IKIcard reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order.

The order is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
A confirmation email is sent within 24 hours.

IKIcard reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons (abnormally large order, prior dispute, etc.).

Payment is due in full at the time of ordering.
Accepted payment methods are indicated at checkout.

Transactions are secured via Stripe. IKIcard does not retain any banking data.

Orders are shipped within 2 working days after payment confirmation, via the most suitable carrier for your region.

Delivery is free from 49 € purchase.

Delivery times are indicative and may vary. IKIcard cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.

In accordance with Belgian and European legislation, you have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision.

To exercise this right, contact us via the form before any return.

The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned product, in its original condition and unused.

Return costs are at the customer's expense, except in case of error on our part.

Any defective or non-conforming product will be replaced or refunded upon simple notification via the contact form within 14 days of receipt.

The legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects apply in accordance with Belgian law.

Data collected during the order is used for its processing and follow-up.
